About Me
Hi, I'm Helena! Founder of Helena Zofia Nutrition, where evidence-based nutrition meets the psychology of lasting change.
With a first-class Master's in Nutrition and a degree in Psychology, I'm one of fewer than 5,000 Registered Nutritionists in the field. In a world where anyone can claim to be a nutrition expert, it’s important to know you’re getting advice from someone with real credentials.
My approach is simple: there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Every strategy is personalised, grounded in the latest research, and designed to drive real behaviour change.
By cutting through the noise, we’ll focus your efforts on what matters most, maximising your results and ensuring that every step you take is a step closer to your goals.

How I Got Here
I studied Psychology at the University of Bristol, interested by how our minds influence our choices. After graduating, I went into marketing at the largest food and drink company in the world. While I loved the creativity and fast pace, my interest in nutrition kept growing.
I started with a diploma to explore that passion but quickly realised I had only scratched the surface. To really understand nutrition and its application to human health, a diploma wouldn’t be enough. I needed a deeper, more comprehensive education to fully grasp the science and make a real impact.

I left my career and went to UCL to study Clinical and Public Health Nutrition. Combining my psychology background with evidence-based nutrition felt like the perfect way to help people make lasting, meaningful changes.

I love being active, whether it’s running or lifting weights, but I also love living my life, going out, enjoying good food, and spending time with friends. For me, it’s never about “either/or”, it’s about balance, and you can have that too.
When you feel good, you make good decisions, and that’s the foundation of everything I do.

Why Work With Me
Clear Focus, Maximised Results, Lasting Change
01
Advice You Can Trust
I’m a Registered Associate Nutritionist. The term “nutritionist” isn’t legally protected, however my qualification is backed by a Master’s in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition and evidence-based expertise. You can trust that my advice is rooted in science, not trends.
02
Feel Good, Make Good Decisions
When you feel good, you naturally make better decisions. My approach isn’t about restriction or following rigid rules. It’s about helping you feel your best so that healthier choices become effortless.
03
Balance Without the Diet Mentality
Forget the extremes of “all or nothing.” I’ll help you find the right balance for your life, whether that’s enjoying meals out with friends or fuelling your workouts. It’s about creating a lifestyle you love, not following a diet you can’t wait to quit.
04
Get Lasting Results
Real change doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s never one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll build habits that stick, focusing on what works for you. This isn’t about a quick fix. It’s about results that last long after we’re done working together.
