What is it?

Gather + Glow is my signature wellbeing event, designed to help people feel better in their body and more in control of how they eat, move, and take care of themselves.


It brings together:

  • A practical, psychology-led talk on food, stress, energy, and behaviour change

  • A yoga session to reconnect with the body and unwind

  • A nourishing meal, designed with a chef to show what balanced, satisfying eating actually looks like (and tastes like)

Why it works

Most people already know what to do, they’re just too busy, too tired, or too overwhelmed to make it happen. This session helps them understand why, and gives them space to reflect,
reset, and take small, realistic steps forward.


Employees leave with tools they can use immediately to reduce stress, eat better, and manage the pressure of busy, modern life.
